Your Role

As a Technical Consultant, you will work closely with Sales and Solutions teams to implement the Zip Integration Platform for diverse clients across industries, including Coinbase, Snowflake, and Databricks. You will be instrumental in integrating Zip into clients' IT landscapes, designing architecture, and ensuring successful deployment.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Zip with client systems such as ERP, Ticketing, TPRM, and CLM.
• Design and document integration architectures based on client needs.
• Validate API documentation and work with stakeholders to build integrations.
• Conduct unit testing and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with product teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with system integration, including ERP, P2P, Ticketing, and TPRM systems.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and iPaaS tools.
• Proficiency in Python/Javascript, XML, REST APIs, and authentication protocols.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical info.
• Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or administration.
• Ability to quickly understand and document customer requirements.
• Open to learning new technologies and continuous improvement.
