This position, under the direction of the Training Supervisor, will develop Equipment Maintainers' skills in troubleshooting, unscheduled repairs, and scheduled maintenance tasks. The goal is to teach new staff the skills needed to maintain the equipment. When key defects or failure trends are noted, specific coaching plans will be developed and delivered. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in the work environment and has worked in various areas of the shop.
