Insight Global is seeking a Technical Forward Deployed Engineer to lead hands-on development, engineering, and delivery of AI solutions and POCs based on client requirements. You will design and build working AI applications in Python within Azure, AWS, and/or GCP environments.

You will partner with Functional Forward Deployed Engineers, translate requirements into technical approaches, prototype rapidly, and troubleshoot issues through deployment.

Formación

• Strong hands-on Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience building AI/GenAI applications or solutions.
• Proven ability to take an AI use case from concept through working solution or POC.
• Strong software engineering/development background.
• Hands-on experience with major hyperscalers: Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Experience with modern AI and development tools: Cursor, GitHub, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to work closely with client-facing resources and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience building AI Proofs of Concept for enterprise clients.
• Experience rapidly prototyping AI solutions.

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Forward Deployed Engineer who will be responsible for the hands‑on development, engineering, and delivery of AI solutions and Proofs of Concept (POCs) based on client requirements. This is the more technically focused of the two Forward Deployed Engineer profiles. The ideal candidate is a strong AI/software engineer who can take a business problem or solution concept and actually build the working solution. They should be comfortable working in Python, leveraging modern AI development tools, and building within Azure, AWS, and/or GCP environments.
