Job summary

ABB in Canada is seeking a Production Process Support professional who will help define production processes to optimize cost, quality, and on-time delivery. You will participate in sequence definition, cycle time calculations, and analysis of new production processes.

This on-site role requires CAD proficiency and experience with sheet metal fabrication, plus strong communication to train staff and collaborate with Supply Chain and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience using CAD software in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in sheet metal fabrication within a manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • 0-2 years experience in the same role.

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams.
