About The Role

This position will have a technical focus and be a member of our multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with design and technical leadership. Under the supervision of a Licensed Architect and project leadership, the primary responsibilities include:

Here's What You'll Do
  1. Independently contribute design, production, coordination, and architectural detailing as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  2. Assist in coordination of engineering systems with engineers and consultants.
  3. Maintain communication with the Owner and Consultants on project status, design intent, concerns, and questions.
  4. Prepare design sketches of moderate to complex site plans.
  5. Ensure coordination of project documents through communication with other disciplines.
  6. Evaluate design for code compliance and assist in plan check review and approvals.
  7. Process “Requests for Information” independently if needed.
  8. Perform field site observations, including physical site walkthroughs.
  9. Coordinate with team members on project assignments.
  10. Supervise, monitor, train, and direct work of interns and less experienced team members.
  11. Take leadership roles within the project team and in meetings.
  12. Participate in marketing proposals.
  13. Perform other duties as required.
Here's What You'll Need
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture (preferred from an accredited program).
  • Minimum 6 years of related professional experience.
  • Experience on Healthcare projects (preferred).
  • Current Architectural Registration in the U.S. (preferred).
  • CDT and LEED accreditation (preferred).
  • Critical thinker with high analytical skills.
  • Fully qualified professional.
  • Ability to work with some ambiguity.
  • Strong creative design portfolio, communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills, and multi-project handling ability.
  • Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
