Next Level Games is seeking a Technical Designer in Vancouver for our hybrid role. You will help establish and maintain the level creation pipeline, and bridge tech and design to implement level-specific features while upholding technical standards.
Ideal candidates have shipped at least one game or 3+ years in the industry, with strong communication, Maya proficiency, Python, and C/C++ / C# skills. Houdini is a bonus and collaboration across disciplines is essential.

This is a hybrid role, with the first three months fullyin‑studio. After that, there is flexibility to work from home, with a requirement of three days per week in our Vancouver studio.
The hiring range for this position is $67,000 - $85,000CAD annually and is subject to change. The final base salary compensation will be based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
