Job summary

Vision33 in Western Canada is seeking a Technical Delivery Coordinator to keep client projects moving, teams connected, and delivery on track. This role blends organization, communication, and problem-solving to support a fast-paced delivery environment.

You will coordinate requests across regional sales, project delivery, technical, and product teams, facilitate discussions, and ensure accurate build data while identifying bottlenecks before they slow progress.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project delivery experience with internal and external clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer systems, or equivalent.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client project requests across Regional Sales, Project Delivery, Technical, and Product teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to gather accurate technical and project details.
• Use Vision33 tools such as Smartsheet and Zendesk to collect and share project information.
• Support clear, timely communication to enable strong client outcomes.
• Partner with Project Managers to provide information and coordination for delivery.
• Identify process gaps and work with teams to streamline operations.

The Opportunity

As Vision33 continues to grow, we’re looking for a Technical Delivery Coordinator who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a busy delivery environment. In this role, you’ll be a key connector between our internal teams - coordinating communication, tracking details across multiple workstreams, and helping ensure projects move forward smoothly.

You’ll support an efficient sales and delivery process by managing the flow of technical information, facilitating accurate system build data, and proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks before they slow progress.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client project requests between Regional Sales, Project Delivery, Technical, and Product teams, including new opportunities, cloud service quotes, hosting services, system builds, provisioning timelines, and project go-lives.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to gather accurate technical and project details, resolve discrepancies, and keep requests moving forward.
• Use Vision33 tools such as Smartsheet, and Zendesk to collect, reconcile, and share project information.
• Support clear, timely communication across internal teams to enable strong client outcomes.
• Partner with Project Managers by providing the information and coordination needed to support successful project delivery.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and work with internal teams to streamline operations and strengthen client success.

Must-have Skills And Experience

• 3+ years of project delivery experience working with internal and external clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Systems, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills across multiple workflows.
• Relationship builder with strong communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
• Technical aptitude with strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated, quick to learn, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to ERP systems, AWS, cloud solutions, or technical infrastructure.

Nice-to-have Skills And Experience

• Exposure to SAP Business One is an asset.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar project/task management tools.
