Job summary

Quality IT Resourcing in Canada is seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead to steer complex technology initiatives from Downtown Toronto. The role requires coordinating Agile PODs, development and QA teams, and multiple vendor partners to ensure on-time, high-quality solutions.

You will drive Scrum ceremonies, manage risks, dependencies, and release readiness, and collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver outcomes that meet business goals in a hybrid 2-day

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of complex technology initiatives across Agile PODs, development, QA and vendor partners.
• Drive Scrum and Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, release planning and dependencies.
• Coordinate development and QA execution, proactively managing risks, blockers, defects, dependencies, environments, and release readiness.
• Manage delivery across multi-vendor environments with clear ownership and alignment of priorities.
• Provide technical delivery leadership by collaborating with architects, developers, QA leads, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid, 2 days in office)

• Drive core Scrum and Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, release planning, and dependency management.
• Coordinate development and QA execution, proactively managing delivery risks, blockers, defects, dependencies, environments, and release readiness.
• Manage delivery across complex multi-vendor environments, ensuring clear ownership, alignment of priorities, and effective coordination between internal and external teams.
• Provide strong technical delivery leadership by working closely with architects, developers, QA leads, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered on time and to required quality standards
