Title: Technical Delivery Lead (Governance)

In this role, you will:

• Technology Governance & Standards – Contribute to defining and maintaining technology standards, architecture guardrails, and best practices; support review processes for new tools, platforms, and integrations.
• Vendor & Contract Management – Assist in evaluating technology vendors, contracts, and SaaS platforms; support procurement, licensing, and vendor relationship management; track contract renewals and support cost optimization efforts.
• Technology Spend & Analysis – Partner with finance and procurement to analyze tech spend and provide insights on optimization opportunities; build dashboards or reports to improve visibility into technology costs and utilization.
• Delivery & Planning Support – Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams to align delivery timelines; help track dependencies, risks, and resource allocation across initiatives; support sprint/quarterly planning cycles with data and insights.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Serve as a bridge between different engineering and business teams; help resolve blockers and ensure alignment across projects.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

• 4-6 years of experience in a technology, engineering, or IT-focused role with exposure to multiple tech stacks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial/operational data and present insights.
• Experience working with technology contracts, vendors, or procurement.
• Familiarity with project delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills; able to manage dependencies across multiple teams.
• Solid communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Prior experience in technology governance or enterprise architecture functions.
• Hands‑on familiarity with collaboration and planning tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, PowerBI, etc.).
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
