Technical Delivery Coordinator

Due to our current growth and success, we are hiring a Technical Delivery Coordinator to support our SAP Business One practice. You will collaborate with Vision33 teams and clients to expedite and drive an efficient sales and delivery process. You will be responsible for facilitating the collection of client technical data to ensure accurate build information and systems design. If you have a client-centric persona with a strong ability to broker relationships and data exchange, and if you are a highly motivated and inquisitive organizer looking for a growth opportunity, this new position is for you.


As Technical Delivery Coordinator, you will work directly with our clients and various teams across Vision33 and be part of Vision33’s transformation and global expansion. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Liaise between Vision33’s Regional Sales and Project Delivery teams, as well as our Technical and Product teams for the submission and coordination of client projects and requests, such as: new business opportunities, cloud service quotes, hosting services, new build projects, provisioning timelines, and project go-lives.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally to broker discussions with Vision33 internal teams and clients to ensure correct technical and project details are obtained and ensure discrepancies in the solution environment are remediated to fulfill technical requests.
  3. Use Vision33 tools (e.g. HubSpot, Smartsheet, Zendesk) to remove barriers to data collection, reconcile shared information, and keep client projects progressing.
  4. Facilitate positive communications across internal team resources to facilitate and enable client success.
  5. Collaborate with Project Managers to provide information to support the successful delivery of projects.
  6. Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements to streamline operations, and work jointly with internal teams to enhance client and Vision33 success.

There are several must-have skills and experience needed to be considered for this role:

  1. Minimum three (3) years project delivery experience working directly with internal and external clients.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Systems, or an equivalent post-secondary combination of education and/or experience.
  3. Demonstrated client-focused approach with superior people skills.
  4. Proven technical aptitude from past experiences.
  5. Analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities are essential.
  6. Team-oriented with strong collaboration, communications (written and verbal), and conflict resolution skills are a must.
  7. Self-motivated, fast-learner, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and projects.
  8. Independent-thinker and driven to achieve success within a customer service environment.
  9. Must know Microsoft Office suite of products: Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Other skills that will earn you extra points for role consideration include:

  1. Exposure to ERP systems (note: SAP Business One would be a win), AWS, cloud-based solutions, and client technical infrastructure will make you stand out.
  2. Smartsheet experience will score you extra points, although knowledge of other project/task management tools will also be an asset.
