As the Technical Coordinator – Systems and Data within the Talent Culture and Leadership team at Pomerleau, you will be responsible for the administration and configuration of certain content in the HRMS training module. You will also be the liaison between the training department and the information and data systems team. Finally, you may be required to participate in the implementation of a new HRMS.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate closely with the functional analyst to adapt the human resource management systems to the needs and evolution of the organization.
• Provide support to system users, including demonstrations, training, and documentation creation.
• Ensure the integrity and reliability of the current system, particularly by managing security roles.
• Contribute to the production of reports that meet the organization's needs.
• Stay informed about trends and developments in HR technologies.
• Manage requests via shared support email inboxes.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the systems and services offered.
• Participate in special projects and other initiatives as needed.

This role could be for you if you have

• Degree in administration or human resources management.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience with a human resources information system (Knowledge of SuccessFactors is an asset).
• Have participated in the implementation of an HRIS or one of its modules (An asset).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software, with an intermediate level in Excel.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Motivation to learn and work in a team in a pleasant atmosphere.
• Knowledge of the construction industry (An asset).
