Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant to establish partnerships with Ramp customers and act as a liaison between customers and our internal technical teams. You will partner with Customer Activation & Account Management to identify, prioritize and build financial solutions for new and existing customers so Ramp scales with their needs.

You will be the technical and financial subject matter expert for our customers and design solutions addressing needs through Ramp and partner integrations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or similar.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and finance workflows.
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp teams during high-value implementations.
• Assess requirements and propose scalable ERP, HRIS, and API integrations.
• Support onboarding and implementation leads to accelerate time-to-value.
• Guide customers through complex integrations without coding.
• Define customer success criteria from onboarding to expansion.
• Represent Product, Design and Engineering externally with deep Ramp capabilities.
• Understand financial and accounting features and educate customers accordingly.
• Contribute to internal docs and tooling for scalable integrations.
• Influence Ramp's product roadmap via customer feedback.
