The candidate will work with the Community Impact & Investment team to develop reporting solutions and data models, requiring 3+ years in data analysis and strong SQL, BI tools, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years' experience as a business, technical, data analyst or related role with experience in researching, organizing, analyzing and presenting data for management use.
• Undergraduate degree focusing on Computer Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent education/experience
• Proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, and BI tools; ability to translate data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Develops, supports and manages reports and dashboards for monitoring key metrics including community impact and financial performance
• Develops and implements organizational data models
• Lead and participate in initiatives related to research, reporting and analytics
• Conducts comprehensive analysis; highlights insights and recommendations on donor strategies and impact
• Educate and support staff to strengthen data knowledge and facilitate effective data usage
