Job summary

Procom is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (GenAI) for a 12-month contract in Toronto, with a hybrid model requiring 2 days in the office. You will lead discovery, document current-state architecture, data flows and integrations, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Minimum 10+ years of business analysis experience in complex enterprise settings.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business requirements and user journeys.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, integrations, and solution architecture.
• Experience across the full delivery lifecycle including requirements, build support, testing and release.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Experience in regulated environments with risk, compliance, and governance considerations.
• Familiarity with GenAI concepts, prompts, model behavior, and associated risks.

Responsibilities

Business Analyst (GenAI) - Job Description:

• Lead discovery and document current-state architecture, data flows, integrations, and user journeys.
• Translate requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications and manage scope, dependencies, and priorities.
• Maintain and refine backlog (e.g., Jira), documentation, and delivery artifacts.
