Job summary

Source Code in Toronto is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for a 6+ month contract. The role is hybrid with in-office 4 days per week, increasing to 5 days per week starting January 5.

You will lead requirements gathering, perform data analysis on large databases with Power BI, design testing strategies, and collaborate on AI-enabled analytics to optimize processes. Must obtain CRJMC security clearance before start.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a business analyst capacity, with demonstrated work outlined clearly.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering and developing documentation.
• Able to do data analysis for large databases by using Power BI and creating dashboards.
• Experience in creating testing strategy, test cases and perform end to end testing.
• Experience working with AI platforms, and technology and tools to support data analysis, dashboard creation, or process optimization.
• Experience working with AI tools or platforms (e.g., Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI, etc.) to support business analysis, automate processes, or enhance user experience.
