Job summary

Luxoft in Toronto seeks a Technical Business Analyst with buy-side experience, specializing in portfolio management and the trading lifecycle. You will bridge business stakeholders, product owners and technology teams to ensure agile delivery of initiatives.

This role emphasizes working with front office and PM systems, entering orders to balance or hedge portfolios, and understanding the lifecycle of various asset classes. On-site four days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering for front-office initiatives.
• Engage portfolio managers, middle office and trading desks to capture needs.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, process flows and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Product Owner to refine backlog aligned to strategic objectives.
• Support delivery of collateral-process improvements for efficiency, transparency and compliance.
• Review source code to validate/extract process workflows.
• Track progress, remove blockers and promote agile best practices.
• Break down stories for sprint planning and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement within the team.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of features, highlight risks and dependencies, communicate status.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with portfolio managers, the middle office, and trading desks to capture and analyze business needs.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications, process flows, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
