Our Synex Assurance team | Deslauriers is currently seeking a Technical Assistant to assist and support property and casualty insurance brokers in their commercial insurance activities, ensuring professional and efficient customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Assist and support the account manager on their work team;
2. Play a central role in drafting and updating documentation;
3. Create and update client accounts and documents;
4. Analyze insurance policies (if certified);
5. Invoice transactions;
6. Supervise the issuance, amendments, and cancellations of policies according to procedures;
7. Support, guide, and perform tasks specific to their role and team.

The DNA Sought

1. You have more than 2 years of relevant professional experience;
2. You are certified in commercial or personal property and casualty insurance by the Autorité des marchés financiers, a major asset;
3. You are proficient in Office Suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
4. You have excellent organizational skills;
5. You have good communication and writing skills;
6. You demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness, and a strong professional ethic;
7. You seek to work in a team and foster collaboration.
