Technical Application Specialist, Application Maintenance and Transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct code analysis and troubleshoot application issues.
• Support code deployments and participate in change management processes.
• Manage certificate upgrades and compliance activities.
• Develop automated solutions using scripting languages.
• Monitor batch processes and peripheral systems.
• Identify potential problems and escalate critical issues.
• Participate in disaster recovery exercises and foster team relationships.

Qualifications

Must have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scripting languages (C# or Python preferred).
• Proficiency in UCD, Jenkins, Ansible, MongoDB, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, certificate management, and ELK Stack.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with advanced C# or Python programming.
• Disaster recovery planning experience.
