Job summary

Raise is hiring a Technical Analyst - Entry in Toronto, ON for a hybrid role with in-office requirements on Thursdays and the 4th Friday of each month (subject to change). You will provide onsite support for the Trade Floor relocation to CIBC Square, installing and booting monitors, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals so they are ready for business use.

Ideal candidates have technology experience in support and installation, and are able to work weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Technology experience in both hardware support and device installation.
• Ability to work during the week and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for the Trade Floor relocation to CIBC Square and install/configure technology equipment (monitors, desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
• Install monitors, move computers, and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with suppliers; participate in intake calls.

Technical Analyst - Entry

• Pay Rate: $34.87/hr - $40.31/hr
• Contract Length: 3 Months

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite support for the Trade Floor relocation to CIBC Square. The team will be responsible for coordinating and executing the installation, configuration, and deployment of all technology equipment within the new Trade Floor environment. This includes monitors, desktops, laptops, printers, and associated peripherals, ensuring all devices are fully operational and ready for business use.
• We are just looking for techs that can install monitors, move computers, and do basic troubleshooting
• Availability for Supplier intake call

Must Have Requirements:

• Technology experience, both support and installation
• ability to work during the week and on weekends
