• Is recognized for their administrative rigor and ability to manage multiple files in a high-volume environment
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills and sound judgment when interpreting medical, administrative, and contractual information
• Displays empathy, active listening skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering a professional and client-centered experience
• Is known for communicating clearly, professionally, and tactfully with a diverse and sometimes vulnerable clientele
• Has experience in customer service, administrative processing, insurance, case management, or a related field
• Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role requires regular verbal and written communication with clients, employers, and stakeholders located outside Quebec

The typical hiring range for this position is $47,544 to $68,329 CAD per year. The offered base salary may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity considerations relevant to the role. At iA, we are committed to providing a fair, equitable, and market-based compensation structure. Our market data is updated annually to reflect current market conditions.
