iA Financial Group in Montreal is seeking an IT Advisor, Governance, Orchestration and Strategic Execution to help deliver the IT 2030 Strategic Plan. You will orchestrate cross-functional initiatives, support governance, and produce information to enable informed decisions.

Working at the intersection of enterprise architecture, portfolio management and strategic planning, you will lead by influence, aligning priorities and driving execution without direct reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor integrated roadmaps and transformation priorities to support strategic objectives.
• Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives related to technological ecosystem simplification and obsolescence reduction.
• Ensure alignment among enterprise architecture, portfolio management, strategic planning, and governance mechanisms.
• Translate strategic directions into actionable plans, delivery milestones, and effective tracking mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analyses providing visibility into priority execution.
• Prepare executive presentations, briefing notes, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
• Coordinate governance forums and follow up on decisions, commitments, timelines, and accountabilities.
• Highlight risks, issues, dependencies, and trade-offs requiring leadership attention.
• Collaborate with leadership, architecture, and portfolio management teams to promote alignment and execution of priorities.

• Is known for sound judgment, political acumen, and the ability to transform ambiguity into concrete, structured action plans.
• Has a solid understanding of technology environments, enterprise architecture, and portfolio management practices.
• Brings several years of experience in governance, transformation, strategic advisory, or the orchestration of complex initiatives.
• Possesses an advanced level of French and an intermediate level of English, as the role requires occasional communication by email and phone with English-speaking vendors across Canada.
