A leading company is seeking a Technical Project Analyst to manage project schedules for an ERP transformation project. This role involves working with various stakeholders to ensure project timelines are maintained and risks are mitigated. The position is primarily remote but may require occasional office presence. Candidates must be Canadian citizens.
Our Client is seeking a Technical Project Analyst resource to work with various functional leads from Business and Technology to develop/maintain an IPP (Microsoft Project GANTT) to track/progress activities for an ERP transformation project. The Technical Project Analyst will ensure that all standard procedures and systems for project planning and scheduling are followed. The Technical Project Analyst will be responsible to ensure that proper Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and resources are integrated into the project schedule. The Technical Project Analyst will help identify and build dependencies into the IPP for all work activities so a cohesive project plan can be followed by all parties and critical path activities can be identified. The Technical Project Analyst will be responsible to manage and communicate any changes to the project schedule and provide regular maintenance on the IPP schedule to support regular project/portfolio reporting requirements.
The primary work location is remote/online with a requirement to work from the office if required. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times.
The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience and proficiency in MS Project Professional Software. (5+ years)
The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience working with and configuring Project Server in an enterprise environment. (3+ years)
The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience working closely with business clients and business areas to plan work activities related to the project. (5+ years)
The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience working on complex projects spanning multiple business areas, business processes and technical environments. (5+ years)
The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience working with and coordinating work with various vendors, external third parties and project management resources to create and maintain a master program schedule. (5+ years)
The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling tasks, the ability to identify challenges to the project schedule and recommend plans to mitigate risks on schedule delay and/or to put the project back on schedule. (5+ years)
The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience in what-if scheduling analysis to provide alternative options, and the ability to assess impacts and mitigation of certain events. (5+ years)
The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience with risk management, issues management and change management. (5+ years)
