Bell is launching a Technology Services Emerging AI and Data Solutions Graduate program in Canada. You’ll help build, deploy, and scale data and AI solutions across Data Science, ML Engineering, and Data Engineering.

The 24‑month rotational program will broaden your technical and leadership experience as you work with industry experts on high‑impact projects and modern cloud data platforms. You’ll join a collaborative environment that fosters growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, master's degree, college diploma, or CEGEP diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Less than three years of combined professional work experience, excluding internships.
• Eligible for Bell's Graduate Program as outlined on the Students & Graduates website.
• Located in, or willing to relocate to, the Greater Toronto Area, Montreal, Ottawa, or Quebec City.

Responsibilities

• Help build, deploy, and scale end-to-end data and AI solutions across Data Science, ML Engineering, and Data Engineering.
• Participate in a 24-month rotational program to broaden technical and leadership experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery, technology modernization, and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate and leverage cutting-edge AI tools, modern cloud data platforms, and AI frameworks to drive solution quality.
