Job summary

Rogers Communications, Saint-Laurent, QC, is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to connect with customers and promote Rogers and Fido products in-store. You will deliver best-in-class service, match customer needs to wireless, internet, TV, home phone and Mastercard offerings, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a track record of meeting sales targets, and the ability to adapt to change.

Qualifications

• Experience building strong connections with customers and team members.
• Ability to meet sales targets through product knowledge and upselling.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and solve unexpected challenges.
• Must be available minimum 32 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Enhance in-store experience by matching customer needs with Rogers products.
• Find opportunities, anticipate needs, and achieve sales targets.
• Engage customers through calls and texts to grow sales and retention.
• Represent Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at community events.
