Job summary

Rogers Communications, Inc. in Brossard, QC seeks a part-time Retail Associate to enhance the in-store experience, connect with customers, and match needs to wireless, internet, TV, home phone, and Mastercard products.

You will support sales targets, engage customers through calls/texts, and promote the Rogers and Fido brands at local events, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience developing strong connections with customers and team members through clear, effective communication.
• Ability to deliver against sales targets through exceptional customer service, strong product knowledge, and upselling.
• Adaptability to changing situations and problem solving in a dynamic environment.
• Availability to work minimum 32 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Tailor Solutions: enhance the in-store retail experience by matching customer needs with Rogers and Fido products.
• Sales Delivery: identify opportunities and meet sales targets.
• Customer Engagement: contact customers via inbound/outbound calls and texts to grow sales and retention.
• Brand Promotion: represent Rogers and Fido in-store and at local events.
