Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, coordination, and reporting support to Technology projects and portfolios.
• Assist in portfolio-level project plans, schedules, status updates, and PMO artifacts with data quality.
• Prepare portfolio-level reporting and dashboards (financial, health views) for stakeholders.
• Perform project administration in enterprise tools (Clarity, Jira/Confluence, SharePoint).
• Contribute to PMO knowledge base and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support change initiatives by updating processes and communications.
