TJX Canada is seeking a Tech Ops Analyst II - Inventory & Asset Management to support technology deployments across our retail stores and distribution centers in Mississauga. You’ll manage hardware lifecycle, maintain inventory accuracy, and optimize vendor performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable smooth operations and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end hardware ordering and lifecycle for retail stores.
• Reconcile inventory data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy.
• Build vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hardware ordering, inventory levels, and lifecycle management of IT equipment in retail stores.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and govern their activities.
• Demonstrate strong financial acumen through budget awareness and cost control.
• Validate and reconcile inventory data across ServiceNow and vendor reports to ensure accuracy.
