TJX Canada is seeking a Tech Ops Analyst II - Telecom Expense Management to join our Global TEM team in Mississauga. You will optimize telecom services, control costs, and drive operational excellence across our global operations.

You will partner with vendors and stakeholders, influence service governance, support contract renewals, and identify cost-saving opportunities to impact the business. This role blends analytics with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in telecom expense management, telecom operations, or vendor governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Financial acumen with experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or expense oversight.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate telecom inventory across circuits, services, and assets.
• Review and validate outputs from the TEM provider, including invoice audits, dispute management, and reporting accuracy.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex issues related to provisioning, billing, and service discrepancies.
• Help remediate cost allocation issues and ensure expenses are properly categorized and charged.
