Job summary

Auxo | Growth Partner is hiring a Tech Lead - AI Full Stack to own a new AI-native product from 0→1. You will design backend services in Python and build frontend components with React and TypeScript, while shaping the platform’s architecture and data models.

You will mentor engineers, drive quality, and collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership in a high-autonomy environment. This is a backend-heavy, product-minded role focused on scalable SaaS development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python backend experience required.
• Proficiency with React and TypeScript.
• Experience building SaaS products from concept to production.
• Experience taking products from 0→1.
• Ownership of architecture and technical decisions.
• Experience mentoring engineers and thriving in ambiguous startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build a new AI-native product from 0→1.
