Job summary

TD Innovation Partners (TDIP) is a new full-service technology banking team providing bespoke, high-touch services to tech entrepreneurs from ideation to IPO. Winter Analysts gain exposure to credit transactions, principal investing, portfolio management and day-to-day relationship management while receiving one-on-one mentorship in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an undergraduate Finance/Accounting/Analytics program.
• Intend to return to school after the work term.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring portfolios including covenant tracking and internal reports.
• Support credit underwriting and due diligence through financial models.
• Help grow the portfolio by structuring financing packages and assessing risk.
• Join client meetings to understand due diligence and make recommendations.
• Stay informed on market conditions to offer insights.
