Multimatic in Markham, Ontario is seeking a hands-on Siemens Teamcenter specialist to expand Active Workspace deployment across the organization. This on-site role focuses on configuring, extending, and maintaining Teamcenter Active Workspace, working with engineers who understand design workflows but not the underlying architecture.
Responsibilities include BMIDE data modeling, XRT styling, deployments across environments, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Multimatic is expanding the use of Siemens Teamcenter Active Workspace (web client) across engineering. We have an initial proof of concept in place and need a hands-on specialist to help bring it to a level that works for the entire organization.
This role is technical and practical. You will be directly involved in configuring, extending, and maintaining Teamcenter Active Workspace - working alongside strong engineers who understand our design workflows but not the underlying Teamcenter architecture (BMIDE, reporting, stylesheets, etc.). This is not a consulting, advisory, or people management role. The deployment is specific to a Teamcenter Active Workspace deployment, not the Rich Client, but a working knowledge of Rich Client is important for backend configuration.
Multimatic offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative engineering environment where innovation and technical excellence are valued.
This is an on-site position at the Markham location.
Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract with possibility of permanent conversion.
