• Assist in trimming dried cannabis flowers and ensure quality and GMP compliance.
• Maintain clean and safe facility operations, perform routine equipment cleaning and upkeep.
• Contribute to special projects as needed by the company.

As a Post-Harvest Team Member, you will...

• Partner with the facilities team to nurture all aspects of the cultivation process including planting, harvesting, and caring for dried cannabis
• Facilitate the trimming process of dried cannabis flowers while following WMMC guidelines and ensuring the products exceed industry standards
• Elevate the operations of the facility by recommending opportunities for improvement, cleaning and maintaining equipment and fostering a safe and healthy environment for our plants and people
• Perform additional duties, responsibilities and special projects as required by the Company

This role is in one of Aurora’s Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certified plants and works directly with products. Towards the end of the recruitment process, we require that you undergo a medical screening exam with our third-party vendor.
