Job summary

Splitsville Entertainment in Hamilton is seeking a friendly Team Member to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, multi-department setting.

You will provide warm service, assist guests with bowling, take orders, and help maintain clean, well-stocked areas while following all health and safety policies. Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
• Answer the phone and handle guest inquiries.
• Prepare great tasting food adhering to recipes and specifications.
• Be aware of all promotions, specials, and current pricing.
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, and clearing clutter.
• Record FPS and address lane stop calls promptly.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close.
• Maintain daily operation records with communications book and checklists.
• Keep work areas clean and gasped by emptying trash and spot sweeping as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and health and safety procedures.
• Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members.
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
• Answer the phone and handles guest inquiries.
• Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications.
• Be aware of all promotions, specials, and current pricing.
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‑bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner.
• Answer and fix any lane stop calls in a timely and efficient manner while recording FPS.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close.
• Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, empty trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when requested by a manager; Exceed Splitsville's cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members.
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
• Other duties as required.
