Job summary

Dulcedo is seeking a Team Manager to lead a small team of Agents, mentoring growth and performance while shaping a healthy, high-performing culture. You will recruit, onboard, train, and guide staff, aligning with leadership on priorities and opportunities to drive business results.

The role emphasizes coaching, 1:1s, and development plans, with a clear path to contributing to sales performance and the creator-space leadership. Remote and office options are available.

Qualifications

• Around 5+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting more junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a small team, helping each individual grow in performance, confidence, and accountability.
• Hold regular 1:1s with team members to provide guidance, feedback, support, and strategic direction.
• Partner closely with Associate Directors and leadership to align on priorities, performance, team needs, and business opportunities.
• Take an active role in building your team through recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training, ensuring new hires are set up for long-term success.
• Lead performance reviews, support goal-setting, and help create development plans tailored to each team member.
• Continue representing talent directly and contributing to sales performance, while leading by example.

What You Bring

Ideally, you have around 5+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing and experience leading, mentoring, or supporting more junior team members, formally or informally.
