Job summary

Dulcedo is seeking a Team Manager to lead a growing group of Agents within a premier talent management ecosystem. You will coach, recruit, and develop talent, align with leadership, and drive performance in a fast-paced, collaborative culture.

With 5+ years in talent management or influencer marketing, you’ll shape development plans, conduct regular 1:1s, and contribute to sales by modeling excellence and accountability across the team. Remote-friendly offices available across North America.

• 5+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting junior team members.
• Strong coaching and performance development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a small team of Agents.
• Hold regular 1:1s to guide, feedback, and direction.
• Partner with Associate Directors and leadership on priorities and opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new hires for long-term success.
• Lead performance reviews and development plans for team members.
• Represent talent and contribute to sales while leading by example.

You will:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a small team, helping each individual grow in performance, confidence, and accountability
• Hold regular 1:1s with team members to provide guidance, feedback, support, and strategic direction
• Partner closely with Associate Directors and leadership to align on priorities, performance, team needs, and business opportunities
• Take an active role in building your team through recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training, ensuring new hires are set up for long-term success.
• Lead performance reviews, support goal-setting, and help create development plans tailored to each team member
• Continue representing talent directly and contributing to sales performance, while leading by example

What You Bring

Ideally, you have around 5+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing and experience leading, mentoring, or supporting more junior team members, formally or informally.
