Qualifications

  • 5+ years of mutual fund industry experience, preferably with an operational focus.
  • 5+ years SDLC Business Analysis experience.
  • 2+ years in a leadership position.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of Business Analysts, supporting project prioritization and resource assignments.
  • Assess skillset of department staff to meet business needs.
  • Provide guidance and direction to ensure successful project implementation.

What You Will Do:

The Team Manager, Business Analysis, works with the departmental Manager in the oversight of a team of Business Analysts. The Team Manager will support the Manager inprioritizing projects and assigning resources as well as providing guidance and direction tothe team. The Team Manager will serve as a business and technical subject matter expert,acting as a consultant to IS and divisional business partners to address deliverables
associated with the SDLC.

  • Actively participates in prioritization and project resource assignments, effectively balancing demand and supply
  • Provide support & direction for the successful implementation of projects
  • Work with the departmental manager to regularly assess the skillset of current department staff to ensure that the BA team meets both the business and technical needs as well as expectations of IS and divisional business partners through requirements planning, analysis, elicitation and BRD output
  • Coaching, Development & Performance Management

The Expertise You Bring:

  • Completed College Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of mutual fund industry experience preferably with an operational focus
  • 5+ years SDLC Business Analysis experience
  • 2+ experience working within a leadership position

  • Understanding of Business Analyst best practice standards, procedures, methodologies and guidelines
  • Proven ability to multi-task
