Job description

Within the Capital Markets IT (CMI) department of Global IT (GIT), which manages the information system for capital markets activities (pre-trade, post-trade, risks), the structured & Sales (Sales) Filière covers application support, maintenance, and development of the application information system.

Our Missions Include :

• Managing pre-trade workflows with multiple Sales-Traders applications dedicated by product and a global blotter to centralize all transactions.
• Overseeing a global application, Omega, to monitor the commercial activity of Capital Markets, used by Sales to manage transactions, margins, and performance, covering all financial products and transactions worldwide.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as PRIIPS, MIFID II, and ESG through dedicated tools.

As a Team Lead within the Sales Filière, you will manage and coordinate functional and technical deliveries, act as the referent for the team, and collaborate with business partners on technological solutions, opportunities, and risks. You will oversee quality, costs, and deadlines, ensuring solutions meet business needs while promoting initiative and innovation, all in compliance with standards and design.

You will report to the IT Division Manager of the Structured & Sales Filière based in Paris.

Responsibilities include :

• Leading Agile ceremonies, defining and monitoring milestones, prioritizing actions.
• Identifying and addressing risks.
• Setting up environments matching business needs.
• Supporting and developing team members’ skills.
• Participating in functional specifications review and code reviews.
• Designing optimized functional and technical solutions, validating designs, and contributing to standards definition.
• Promoting best practices such as continuous improvement, proactive technical debt management, and systematic testing (TDD / BDD / DDD).
• Ensuring stability and monitoring of production KPIs, managing incidents, requests, and problems effectively.
