As a team leader, you support team management by coordinating your unit’s activities, action plans, and initiatives. You coach and guide a team primarily composed of highly experienced professionals, assign tasks, monitor progress, and support talent development and employee engagement. You foster a positive, motivating work environment where contributions are valued. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your field. You have functional authority over the team, manage individual performance, and contribute to the planning and execution of complex projects and initiatives, requiring comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business. Coordination with stakeholders across various fields is essential. You develop business positions and influence senior management and decision-making bodies. Your specific responsibilities include:
Identify, develop, and recommend strategic directions and business positions.
Help determine your unit’s service offerings and ensure projects and activities are planned and executed effectively.
Meet targets on time and within budget, managing results, performance, quality, and client/partner satisfaction.
Develop training and skills development strategies and action plans for your team members.
Assist in resolving complaints and problems according to organizational practices.
Play a non-decision-making role in hiring, performance management, discipline, and skills development. Manage the budget.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
Knowledge of French is required.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of duties, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, or clients.
