Estampro is looking for a Team leader for press-folding operators (evening shift)

You love your position as a press brake operator and you have always wanted to become a team leader? Here is your chance. No experience as a supervisor required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Train, mobilize and supervise a small team using state-of-the-art numeric equipment.
2. Work closely with the technical department to clarify the needs and implement optimal working and production methods.
3. Demonstrate good leadership to establish measures of efficiency, excellence and pride in your team.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Vocational diploma combined with relevant experience to the position.
2. Ability to help colleagues read workshop plans and teach best folding/bending practices.
3. Ease to work in a dynamic, creative environment and with various projects.
4. Ease with technology and a 3D environment.
5. Desire to develop yourself professionally using advanced equipment.

SCHEDULE:

1. Evening: Monday to Thursday from 4:50 pm to 3:10 am (40 hours per week)
