Estampro is looking for a Team leader for press-folding operators (evening shift)

You love your position as a press brake operator and you have always wanted to become a team leader? Here is your chance. No experience as a supervisor required.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Train, mobilize and supervise a small team using state-of-the-art numeric equipment.
• Work closely with the technical department to clarify the needs and implement optimal working and production methods.
• Demonstrate good leadership to establish measures of efficiency, excellence and pride in your team.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Vocational diploma combined with relevant experience to the position.
• Ability to help colleagues read workshop plans and teach best folding / bending practices.
• Ease to work in a dynamic, creative environment and with various projects.
• Ease with technology and a 3D environment.
• Desire to develop yourself professionally using advanced equipment.

SCHEDULE :

• Evening : Monday to Thursday from 4 : 50 pm to 3 : 10 am (40 hours per week)
• Competitive hourly rate, paid each week
