Job summary

Agilus by Synergie in Stratford, Ontario is seeking a high-energy Retail Supervisor to drive store performance through merchandising, stock replenishment and team leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will oversee daily operations, motivate staff to meet targets, manage stock flow and ensure a safe, customer-ready space. A minimum of 3 years retail experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail experience including 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong merchandising and inventory management experience
• Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends as required
• Physically capable of performing tasks throughout shifts
