Agilus by Synergie is seeking a high-energy Team Leader for a fast-growing discount retailer in Exeter, Ontario. This hands-on leadership role focuses on driving store performance through merchandising execution, inventory replenishment, and team leadership.

The position offers long-term growth, structured support, and a dynamic workplace where your leadership will daily impact store results. A typical day includes leading store operations, overseeing stock flow, and motivating the retail team

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong merchandising and inventory management expertise.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends as required.
• Physically demanding tasks may be required during shifts.
• Effective communication and confident team leadership.

A typical day:
