Job summary

Amsec Security LTD. is seeking an experienced Team Leader to supervise technicians, coordinate projects, ensure job quality, and uphold a professional, safety‑conscious standard in the field.

You will lead, plan, and review daily tasks, assist with installations, and monitor service calls while maintaining inventory and reporting progress to management. This role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership, and customer communication skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in security systems or low-voltage installations.
• Previous experience in a supervisor or lead technician role preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV/IP cameras, alarm systems, access control.
• Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation; read blueprints/diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of low-voltage/security technicians.
• Plan, assign, and oversee daily work tasks and job schedules.
• Assist with installations, troubleshooting, and service calls when needed.
• Ensure all work meets company standards, safety guidelines, and client expectations.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership abilities, excellent technical knowledge, and the desire to take responsibility for daily operations in the field.

Lead, supervise, and support a team of low-voltage/security technicians

Plan, assign, and oversee daily work tasks and job schedules

Assist with installations, troubleshooting, and service calls when needed

• Ability to train staff on new technologies
