Job summary

Metro Pubs is seeking a proactive Team Leader to drive service excellence and smooth shift operation across our pubs. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has what they need to perform, uphold high standards, and keep customers happy.

You’ll deputise for the management team, coordinate the crew during busy periods, and ensure the bar remains safe, legal, and welcoming. A positive, energetic attitude and clear English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience on every visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to keep things running smoothly.
• Keep the bar safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues quickly and safely.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…
