Job summary

Metro Pubs is seeking a Team Leader in Canada to guide the floor team and ensure the shift runs like clockwork. You will uphold high standards and keep customers happy with memorable service. You’ll deputise for management, resolve issues, and coordinate the team during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.

As a team leader you’ll ensure the bar is safe, compliant, and welcoming, while modelling outstanding service and attentiveness to customer needs. Strong English required.
