The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing Associates within the Tenancy Debt Recovery, Defaults, and Tribunal Affairs team. The Team Lead will provide guidance, support, and leadership to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance goals while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for team members, providing direction, resolving conflicts, and ensuring efficient operations.
