Bath Fitter in Saint-Eustache is seeking a Team Lead, Shipping to drive safety, efficiency and team performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will mentor a small team, coordinate daily shipping activities, prioritize tasks, and lead start‑of‑shift meetings to ensure smooth transitions and on-time fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of leadership experience, strong MS Office skills, and a collaborative, improvement‑driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily activities, assign tasks based on priorities, lead start-of-shift meetings, and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
• Maintain a strong floor presence to support the team, answer questions, address issues, and identify training needs.
• Monitor operational performance through audits, and ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and established processes.
• Guide and engage team members by encouraging collaboration, supporting development, and promoting continuous improvement.
• Actively contribute to departmental improvement projects, technical training, and performance evaluation processes.
• Promote employee engagement and foster awareness of Lean Manufacturing practices.
