A premier outdoor destination in Ontario is seeking a Team Leader to ensure on-hill coverage and guest safety. Responsibilities include patrolling trails, managing equipment, and mentoring staff. Candidates must be strong intermediate skiers/snowboarders, at least 18 years old with a valid G license, and hold a First Responder certification. This seasonal role offers a competitive hourly rate and various employee perks.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Reporting to the Patrol Supervisor, Team Leaders are responsible for ensuring consistent on-hill coverage according to business levels, available terrain, and surface conditions. They will ensure proper and consistent opening and closing routines for their assigned pods, including the completion of all associated documentation and communications. The team leader will actively patrol according to expectations and mentor their team effectively.
