Job summary

RW&CO is seeking a Team Lead for the Fairview Park Mall store in Kitchener. This full-time role requires leadership to inspire the team and deliver an outstanding customer experience on the shop floor.

You will support store performance, oversee daily operations, coach staff, ensure merchandise standards, and collaborate with management to align priorities and drive sales while upholding company policies and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in retail or customer-focused environments.
• Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team toward shared goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of store operations including scheduling, cash handling, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As aTeam Lead, you will collaborate with the management team to keep operations running smoothly and inspire the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Support store performance by contributing to the achievement of sales goals and ensuring alignment with company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including compliance with policies and procedures, loss prevention, opening and closing routines, cash management, report generation, and scheduling support.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation to ensure a clean, consistent, and welcoming environment that enhances the customer experience.
• Coach and develop the team through ongoing training and constructive feedback to strengthen skills, confidence, and overall performance.
• Promote effective communication with the Store Manager to ensure alignment, smooth operations, and timely execution of priorities.
• Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure aligned priorities, effective communication, and the swift execution of action plans.
• Model a customer-first mindset by leading on the sales floor, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects our service standards.
