Reitmans (Canada) Limited in Prince Albert is seeking a Team Lead to partner with store management to keep daily operations flowing and to inspire the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will lead on the sales floor, coach staff, and ensure our standards for service, visual presentation, and loss prevention are upheld while contributing to achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team toward shared goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash management, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
• High school diploma required.

Job Description

As aTeam Lead, you will collaborate with the management team to keep operations running smoothly and inspire the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. With your leadership, sense of style, and hands‑on approach, you will help create a vibrant, organized, and customer‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support store performanceby contributing to the achievement of sales goals and ensuring alignment with company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
